After living in here for almost 2 years, I've seen good and bad. No more problems than any other community in the area and price range has. These people want to pay average rent, but want to have a luxury apartment-you can't have it both ways! Plus, how come all these folks complaining say they've lived here more than a year' If it was so bad, why did you sign another lease' The problems I ran into were with my toliet, and AC. Both were fixed, and I find it hard to believe that any property that's not brand new wouldn't run into the same problems. People only come here when there mad. Look up ANY property and you'll see.
