Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
After living in here for almost 2 years, I've seen good and bad. No more problems than any other community in the area and price range has. These people want to pay average rent, but want to have a luxury apartment-you can't have it both ways! Plus, how come all these folks complaining say they've lived here more than a year' If it was so bad, why did you sign another lease' The problems I ran into were with my toliet, and AC. Both were fixed, and I find it hard to believe that any property that's not brand new wouldn't run into the same problems. People only come here when there mad.
