I have lived here for almost 7 months and we really do love it. The only problem we have had was with a DS neighbor who wanted me to make my 3 year old stop jumping so much. That was solved and now both of us are satisfied. If it wasn't for us having a house built we would stay after the lease is up. The office staff is nice and the manager is great. I told them about the reviews I saw on here and the guy said it was basically because people were whining about not being able to waive certain fees or other silly immature stuff. I love our floor plan, price and the location.
