I uploaded some pictures so everyone can judge for themselves how good the staff is here. The pictures are of the apartment that I live next to. We were forced to move because our son got very sick from breathing in the mold. I asked the staff several times to take care of the problem, but instead they rented this apartment out. They painted over the mold! THe tenant who moved in was only there for about two weeks, because she found out about the mold when it started showing and spreading. WHen she moved out they "punched out" the apartment by painting the walls and laying new carpet but still never fixing the problem. Law suit is the only word I can use now with the staff and they still don't respond to that. Plain and simple, ----- doesn't care and -------- is a -----! Just rent from someplace else!

It is my understanding that you had these problems prior to CMS and you had called numerous times to get these items fixed and nothing happened. Upon CMS representative being told of these problems, your items were completed today. As for employees not being paid on time, this was a mistake made by FEDEX, which everyone knows can happen. CMS is going to be putting a lot of money into the property to improve the exterior as well as the interior. We also are bringing in an experienced staff to help to assure customer service. We are sorry you are unhappy, but you should not believe all that you hear.

"aim to please" huh? was that meant to be sarcastic i wonder? you know what would be a good idea? if you notified all those people who though they had somewhere to live because their applications were already approved before CMS that they are no longer welcome there and they might want to find somewhere elso to live. It might also be nice if you guys made some kind of an effort to return those security deposits which were collected when the application was approved, and it might be nicer still if you guys didn't lie about why people weren't approved.

I agree that every since cms has taken over wildwood village...the customer service is not up to parr. When Flaherty & Collins was over Wildwood Village I and a lot of other residence were satisfied with the management, customer service as well as the maintence. Whenever I called during business hours someone always answered the phones with Flaherty & Collins,i have finally gotten an answer once out of many times I have called since November, and when someone does answer they always seem to speak with sarcasum when answering the question i have to ask. Whenever I called for maintenence they would always service my call within the next hr and respect me to call before they arrive. Now when I have maintenece problems my request doesn't get fixed for another 24-48 hours. Especially when the hallway lights were off in the building where I live...I waited for 3 days to see if they would fix it on their own...I called the office no one anwered till the following week when they finally answered they told me they had contacted the light company already and someone was on their way out to fix my problem...I waited another 2 days for that..then i finally called ipl myself and they said they weren't even aware of the problem but they will send someone right out as soon as they get a chance ..the next day the hallway lights were back on..."when u live in the back of a apmt bldg with 8 units and you arrive home after dark, it is not very safe to come home to a pitch black dark hallway".Oh and as far as the Leasing consultants we have now they suck...the other consultants made me feel comfortable with my residence, especially on a personal level, they had very well customer service..but now everyone is a stranger..the office is on weird hrs whenever they can get someone to come to work its trrible...wildwood has always been a nice residence I've lived there for 3 years and since november its been the worst..except i do like the new cabinets and sink they have installed....i really would hate to end my lease this year ...its a nice peacefull and safe residence...and they should also offer upgrade special to those who wish to renew their lease but may want a larger apartment..that would be nice
