I've lived here for two years and will not be re-signing my lease. When I re-signed this spring, it was because Flaherty and Collins were the property owners and were doing a fairly good job of keeping up with maintenance and were quick to respond. Recently the apartment complex has changed hands and I have received no response to multiple maintenance requests. Lights are burnt out in the common area and are not being replaced. I've had a maintenance request in for over three weeks now and despite assurances that it will be taken care of, it hasn't been. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but Wildwood Village has yet to respond to that either. While the location is good, it is not worth the time and trouble to live in this apartment complex.
