I don't know where or how CMS finds the people that work for them. The regional manager Jennifer is rude and unhelpful. If you have a problem she is not there to solve it but rather find someone else to blame for the problem. For some reason all of their managers are incompetent so they have the maintenance supervisor trying to run the complex. He tries hard but lacks the knowledge of what the office is staff is not taking care of. Tammy who is the office manager,is to afraid to deal with anyone so she sits in the office with her door shut. If you try to call her on the phone then she makes the other office personel tell you she is working on reports. This place is truly unbelievable. They try to blame any and all problems on Flaherty & Collins. In truth Flaherty & Collins actually did their jobs. It is CMS who can't run things correctly. I have recently moved out because the place is soooooo horrible now that CMS has it back. I hope they don't pay the mortgage again and Flaherty & Collins can take it back over and run it right so I can move back in. CMS you just suck!
