I moved to wild woods in september 2004. it was a tolerable experience until CMS bought it.
Move here only if you enjoy
1. frequent floodings in your apartment. there is nothing more disgusting than waking up in the morning to the upstairs apartment's bathroom leaking into yours.
2. poor customer service
3. Maintenance requests that may or may not be taken care of. It's quite a gamble...repeated reminders and good stalking abilities are a must.


I gave in my 30 day notice at the beginning of the month and get I got a notice from WW that I owe them 2 months rent, per the terms of my lease. They didn't bother to check that my lease had expired.
I'm in the process of moving out and I find out that half my stuff is missing. On speaking with someone in the leasing office, I find out that they think that I have completely moved out and WW removed quite a bit of my stuff from my apartment without any explanation,even though there are 10 days of the month still left and I have paid them a full month's rent and not returned the keys to them. According to their staff, their maintenance crew probably took that stuff. They are not giving me any answers and have asked me to wait until Monday to get a definite status of my things that are missing. How can you assume that someone's moved out when their 30 day notice period expires at the end of the month and they don't have the keys back'

Also, just like another reviewer, I got a notice saying that I hadn't paid rent in the last 3 months, when in fact, they hadn't updated their records.

Only thing great about this apartment complex is its location if you work downtown.
