The two previous reviews and the reply are all spot on.

The manager, the blonde one (not sure of her name since the residents are never told when we get new office staff) is a dippity-do, fruit-loopie air-head.

Maintenance would suck if there was any. We have lived here about a year, and for awhile were getting minor repairs done, but the past months we can't get anyone to even show up. In the off chance they do come around--about two months after the work order is put in---they are as dumb as rocks and end up telling you NOT TO USE whatever it is that needs repairing! They just tell the tenant not to use it, and then they aren't responsible for fixing it. And the other review is telling the truth, that the office blames the renters!

Broken glass and garbage all over the place that has been around for months. No one picks up anything. Litter, pieces of glass, car parts, dirty diapers. Part of this is the fault of the people who throw stuff down, but the maintenance should at least clean around the dumpsters. THEY DO NOT.

The rent went up.

Tacky tacky signs hanging all over the entrance and on the broken fence. It looks like a political campaign.

Criminals walking onto the property from the road that runs alongside the property. This is scary. Really scary. Crazy people just cut through and into the buildings.

Can't make contact with people in the office....one is on another planet and one was found asleep on the couch in the office a few times.

Sorry about the DHL package... this is just not right.
