I will not renew my lease there under any circumstances. Maintenance is 0. I have lived there for a year, and I do NOT recommend this place to anybody. I notice few windows broken while i did my move in inspections, nobody came to fix them up until i moved out. They don't have any maintenance at ALL. I have never got the jey of the outside storage that i was supposed to pay for. You will judge the Neighborhood yourself. Not noise, but they do not take care of the place. Dirty, they don't clean the complex, I mean, if you're just looking for a place to live , go for it. But except that, NO....
