i lived here for 4 yrs, 2 w/my cousin and 2 by myself. I moved back in in Aug 2006 when Flaherty & Collins, whom I used to work for, was management; then 2 wks later when I went to obtain my keys another company was management; then 3 wks later when I went to pay rent CMS was management. They left eviction notices on my door of 1500 dllrs. Changed my locks and the maintenance said he didn't do it but told me everything that was inside my house. In the file it said the apt was VACANT but in the computer it said the apt was OCCUPIED. They tried to come and rob me and take all my belongings. CMS allowed 2-3 maintenance men come and work for them who were drug dealers and when they were fired NEVER had the apt keys confiscated. Those men who got fired were going in and out of apts stealing people's belongings. CMS NEVER informed the residence of this situation. I put only a measly deposit down when F&C was management and CMS will not give me that back claiming it was a surety bond; unfortunately, you cashed my check when it said clear as day it was a security deposit.Crystal, Jennifer, Tammy, and Brandi, their new rookie of the season, has no idea the bad company she is hanging around, but oh well she'll learn cause obviously she is a follower and not a leader. Those four retard will all realize that you can scam thousands of people all you want but it will be one that won't let it ride. They moved in friends and made other tenants pay for their utilities by lying saying they owed money they really didn't. Pets were to be specific breeds and size, but we had pit bulls on the property who roamed the complex without a leash, not safe for ANYONE. Crime was ridiculous cause the onsite cop was lazy and too busy playing with her 10 dogs while driving around in her truck and the real cop only came around when they were trying to conduct a sting operation-2 times a year.

I don't know about any of you, but it doesn't take a genius to look at these pictures and tell this property has been under construction. The pictures posted don't even match what the current buildings look like. I just noticed this. I LOVE MY APARTMENT. haters

We all love our apartments, too. They are very nice, remodeled by a former management company, with good floorplans. It isn't the apartments, it's the "people" who are on staff here that nobody likes. They are the pits.
