The last reviewer hit it on the nose. The only thing i liked about the apartment was the apartment. It was a nice layout and i had a really pretty view, but i as soon as we became under new management i knew i wasn't going to be renewing my lease. The same went for my sister, a close friend, and a friend of the family who stayed there as well. The maintenance was bad. I dont know if it was the maintenance people or just a lack of communication because we had some of the same maintenance people from before the new management came and they were getting my stuff fixed or at least leave a note to let me know they looked at it if i wasnt home. Now it's bad. I will call and call and nothing gets done until they feel like getting to it. Example I work second shift so i did not get home until 11:00 or so. All the lights inside my buiding hallway were out. So something could have easily happened to me. I called and called, nothing got fixed. Then eventually the light outside the apartment building went out so now i was coming home to complete darkness!!! What makes it so bad is that we have a supposed neighborhood watch that patrols the complex at night to keep things safe right' Why wouldnt she say something if she rode passed a building that had NO LIGHTS EVERYDAY! is that not safe' i know i had no lights for at least a month.
When i would walk into the office they were all talking and even had some of their friends in the office just hanging out with them gossiping. It took a while for me to even get their attention let alone keep it.
When it came time to renew my lease they only were going to give 50 dollars off first months rent for a 12 month lease which they had raised about 25 dollars. The last people gave you a whole months rent.
If they got new management I would go back.

I have an upstairs "neighbor" who is running a whorehouse up there. He tries to see how much sex he can have every night and guess who has to listen to it, instead of getting sleep? He is ugly, ugly, ugly, and has an ugly, barfly-looking woman staying here every night who isn't on the lease. I have called the police on them many times, since the manager won't do anything about it. She wrote me a letter saying it doesnt' matter what anyone does, at any time of the night, and doesn't matter what kind of noise it is. If I can get that letter scanned, I'll put it in the photographs at the top of this page. Would you want to live here with a manager who allows your neighbors to keep you awake all night by running a whorehouse? I have contacted legal counsel who tells me if I want to break my lease, I sure can, and don't have to pay any fees. This ugly, ugly, ugly white man upstairs also frequently gets undressed at night in front of an open window with the lights on. He really thinks he's a stud muffin. This is disgusting, and you would think so too, if you could see what an ugly white dude he is. YUK. But you can, if you want to drive by Guion Road around 11:30 each night, you just might see this ugly, ugly white dude taking his clothes off.. Remember, it's okay with the manager, whatever he does, and also okay with him running his little whorehouse. So keep this in mind when you are considering moving to Wildwood Village, because you never know what will be next door........

I got robbed at wildwood village, do not move here. The people in the office are rude, I had to threaten them to fix the door that the robber came in, in order to get it fixed
