I have lived in the Williamsburg East for a few years now. It has went down hill in the past few years, the grounds went down, maint went down, Now they have all new people working for the apartment complex and there are a lot of improvements going on. The grounds are getting picked up everyday, Maintenance is getting done, The office is actually listening to what residents have to say and offers opinions on what is going on. My name is Trish, I am the Property Manager at Williamsburg East and I am very happy to hear that the residents can see that the staff is working hard to bring this property to it's full potential. We have many changes going on at Williamsburg East from the new playground to the updated apartments. All of the outside doors are being replaced and painted, the entire property is looking better.
