I had ants all summer. My window leaked and turned brown, to fix it they spray painted it white. My toliet over flowed because of there bad water system and nasty water sat on my carpets for 8 hrs. Then they couldnt fix my toliet and 6 mos later it still flushes for no reason. I have had 4 broken windows. I found a maintence guy wandering around my house. My oven handle has been broken for 10 mos. I have had mice. It has been awful! The only thing good about this place is the head manager is the nicest person ever. DONT MOVE HERE!

It is very unfortunate that this resident is having such a horrible time with their apartment. Just remember that if you do not report your problems to the manager, they cannot help you. I did make many request to get everything fixed, it just never happened. It got to the point i felt bad for calling because i had to so much. When I called and made request for things i was not treated the best. A few times I was even lied to. I started off on the wrong foot here, and its been hung over my head the whole lease. Now all my worries come down to my lease is almost over but when I moved in i was ran through the inspection without my roommate even being there. Everything that was wrong i was told it doesnt matter and not to worry. Now i can guarantee I will be charged for that stuff. I know i have some of my own damages, but the ones that where there i do not feel I should be charged. But there is no proof. It really has been just awful. The only thing i have going for me like i said before, is the head manager is as nice as can be. She has helped me but somethings I guess might be out of her hands.
