I lived here for one 12mo. lease term. I absolutely LOVE the office and management staff. They are so kind and always remember me. I went in once to ask a question and the Manager even remembered what adress and apartment number I was in from the day I moved in. The laundry room is great. Pleanty of units to wash and dry and its the cheapest laundry machines you can find. The only thing I wasnt thrilled with was the fact I had no dishwasher, and the cabinents need to be remodeled.(kinda old) The walls are also very thin. I could always hear my neighbors below me talking or what they were watching on TV if I didn't have any sound going in my apt. That was a little annoying at times. Lastly, the parking situation sucks for your guests but it is great for you because you always have a garunteed spot right outside your building. Overall I think WBurg N. is a good place to live. Haven't had any problems and if I did, maintenece would be on it ASAP. A little expensive for a 1 bdrm though with no dishwasher. But anywhere you go it is never going to be PERFECT.
