Rent is cheap. Office is great. The maintenance crew is awesome. The best part is the maintenance crew led by Kenny. Luckily they pay for gas because the houses are not that well insulated and there are a few drafts that come from the sliding doors in the back. Over all I give it a good rating. The fenced in backyards are great for dogs too.
