The staff is really nice, but in the end I think that they are generally misleading, if not outright liars. The lease was not explained very well, which led me to lose a ton of money. Appliances were terrible and when problems with them were reported, nothing was done. We were promised a new oven that never materialized. While parking could be worse, it isn't great and there are car break ins. I always felt like my stuff would get stolen if I did laundry there. Never saw any bugs though and not a lot of noise late at night. There are some interesting people living there. Never got in the pool, it is always infested with dirty little kids. There are a lot of kids here, just as a heads up.

Williamsburg North has a friendly and courteous staff that is very much customer service oriented. We strive to make each resident's place a comfortable and lovely home. Upon move in, the lease is explained in it's entirety including any penalties that may be incurred for lease breakage etc. All new residents are also encouraged to read the lease and any questions they may have are answered at that time. Any appliances not in working order are replaced in a timely manner. Unfortunately none of us are exempt from crime. Even the most prestigious areas in Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers etc are subject to crime. Williamsburg North offers a beautiful laundry/fitness center that can only be accessed with a key card. Families with children are welcome at WBN and allowed to enjoy our amenities. Anyone is welcome to visit us here at Williamsburg North. I am sure you will agree it is a lovely place to call home. I have to disagree with you Ms. Ashley. I would never recommend this place to anyone and have actually referred some potential tenantes elsewhere. The unit I was in had horrible carpet and questionable appliances. The staff was very nice up until the lease was signed. Then if any problems arose, they were ruthless and un caring about their tennats.
