I lived at Williamsburg for 1 full year and yes there where some issues as far as my neighbors, but overall the staff is nice and seen to care about there tenants. The staff can't control everything that goes on in the apartments. Some tenants are just out right rude about there surroundings. I just had an issue with the person who lived below me who smoked and it covered my whole entire apartment. I felt really safe there at the time the apartments had alarms. I would have stayed but I couldn't take the risk of the smoking issue and my child has asthma. These apartments aren't as bad as the people are saying.
