As the other review stated the maintance staff is very friendly and are good at there job when they are allowed to preform their duties. I constantly have to call and recall to get a problem solved. It took over 3 months to fix our vent in the half bath because the office wouldn't order the part for the maintance people to install. That is the biggest problem with the staff is promptness from the office. They can be really rude at times. Grounds upkeep is really big here, they try to make the grounds look nice for visiter and they will tell you that they are in the process of repainting the buildings interiors and exterior halls. This may or may not be true but i know that my building has only seen a paintbrush once and that paint was poorly applied and has since begain to peel away and looks horrible. Saftey is another issue that they have here, they will show you their security systems that they have in every apartment but most of them don't work properly and if they do work they aren't connected to any actual security company so it means nothing, just a noise. they have to set the password with a new tenant, it took them 7 months to make it out and set mine and another 2 to come out and fix it. the lights in the halls go out constanly making the entry ways dark after sunset, which can be unnerving. As long as you have concederate neighbors the noise isn't bad at all. our first set of neighbors we could barely hear, the second is louder but that has more to do with the people than the apartments. The efficiency of the electric is great, my utility bills are really reasonable.
