This was my first apartment in Indy. Overall they are not bad. I lived in the 1 bedroom loft. It had plenty of room and was really cool for a while. The spiral staircase got old pretty quick. Especially carrying laundry up and down that narrow space. I have tripped on them more than once. The buildings are a little aged but overall not terrible. In the year I was there I had multiple maintenance issues but they were taken care of quickly for the most part. However I have had a leak in the wall around the fireplace for nearly 2 months causing the paint to bubble and peal. It is not a pleasant site when coupled with the drywall that has become soft and now has major cracks in some areas. I have approached management about it several times, but they insist that they redoing all of the roofs and when they get to my building they will fix that as well. (Doesn't make much sense to me) Overall not a bad place to be. Grounds are very well kept, but it seems like the area around is on the downslide. A little pricey.
