The grounds are well kept and the apartment was spacious. However, we had constant maintenance problems. It seemed like ever week or two something would need repair. Usually, the maintenance staff would come out quickly, but we constantly had to call them to repair somthing. The apartments have a terrible spider problem. They would come out to spray but the spiders would come back. The staff is very condescending and unprofessional. When you speak to them about a problem or concern they act like you are an annoying house guest instead of a paying customer. Safety is also an issue. They claim to have security patrols, but I had my car broken into right in front of my apartment.
