We had a downstairs apt and the noise from upstairs was constant. We heard every footstep when our neighbors were just walking in their apt.

Maintenance issues were NOT handled promptly and often took many visits to repair to our satisfaction.

The community says they require pets to leashed and tenants pick up after their pets, but the grounds were covered in dog poop. Sometimes the smell was so bad we couldn't enjoy opening our windows.

The floorplans are nice and large with extras like fireplaces, sunrooms and whirlpool tubs. But the prices are much higher than comparable complexes. In my opinion, it is a not a good value for the money.
