Horrible Management, Continual Disrepair

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I can not stress it enough. You will not be happy to live here. Look around in the area before you move. The apartments are horribly overpriced compared to nearby apartment complexes that are newer and provide better and more amenities.

Since I have moved in, most of the pool furniture has been removed, the hot tub I was promised never worked and was eventually ripped out (even though management still advertises the property as having an available hot tub). Also, there are horrible gutter problems with almost every building, causing the gutter to overflow and flood the sidewalks. This causes ice in the winter months, which they graciously put salt on in the mornings, but that is iced over by early afternoon and treacherous every evening.

My apartment was filty upon move-in. They offered no other accomodations for me or my belongings and I was forced to stay with friends until my apartment was ready one month later than expected. Since then, I have had numerous problems with the condition of the apartment and maintenance for each problem has been extremely slow, causing me to make numerous calls to management before the problems were repair. The roof leaked water down the entire north facing wall of my apartment. The air conditioner was broken and it took three weeks to have it repaired. When complaining of this, I was told that management had no responsibility to take immediate action or provide other accommodations until the temperature outside the apartment reached over 90 degrees, deeming it to be an "emergency situation."

Management is unprofessional, not polite and sometimes downright condescending. That, of couse, is only when they are actually present on the property. On more than one occasion I have come to the office only to find it staffed by temporary employees or closed for two hour lunches.

The grounds are nice looking and the apartments are spacious, but don't let that suck you in. I promise, the problems you will experience will far outweigh the initial appearance.
