When we first moved in to these spacious, north Indy apartments we were so happy with the location and the friendly, helpfulness of the staff. But did that change fast!! We sooned learned NTS (owner of Willow Lake) care nothing about the residents and is only interested in getting new people in! They repeatedly ignore our concerns about lighting and safety, instead spending huge amounts of money on superficial things to make it seem like they care about the property. Don't move here. There are several, better, new aparment compexes in the area that will be safer and will respond to your concerns better.
