Anyone wanting to live here should read that review. I echo the sentiments expressed perfectly. My wife and I have lived here 2 1/2 years. There is no finer apartment complex in the Indianapolis area: units, value, maintenance, atititude (and patience!) of staff, common facilities, you name it.

Just the problems with the trash compactor since November of 06 are beyond disgusting, especially considering we are changed monthly for the privilege of having trash strewn everywhere because there's no place to put it... The office manager is actually anti-helpful.

Why don't you consider getting a house then you can run it the way you want to. The office manager that has came aboard has a wonderful attitude and she is very helpful to me.This is why you should consider a home because it is obvious you are not happy DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

That top comment about the trash compactor has been cut and pasted on every review for the past year. If there was every any trash strewn, it was probably a 1 time thing while they were in the middle of a transition or something. Every apartment has this problem from time to time, usually during peak moving season. (Though I cannot even recall trash strewn around, for that matter). I think this person just likes to post it again and again when they are in a p!$$y mood!
