I moved in here in August and have no complaints. They made me set an appointment just to move in and I'm not quite sure the point but it wasn't a big deal. I work at St. Vincents so I wanted to live somewhere that was close and convenient. There are a few other places that are close but not as well maintained, plus they gave me a discount because I work at the hospital. I have sent 2 other co-workers to Willow Lake and they seem to like it too. Nicole works in the office and is really helpful, there are some other women in the office and they have been friendly too but I'm not sure of their names. My apartment is nice and spacious and it seems like my neighbors are never home at least I never hear them. I've been to the office a few times to use the computer which is a huge plus and they have a decent fitness center. So far so good!
