I've lived here for a year and my 15 month lease ends in March. I have to constantly call for repairs and they are not timely at all. I have an ever changing work schedule so I work nights at times. They refuse to give you a time, or day for that matter, when they will show up to fix things. I've even had them walk into my apt. on days I did not need anything done.

Parking is horrible at night. If you show up after 7 there are no spaces even though they tell you that you will have 2 spots. When I complained about parking and other tenents have more then 2 cars, they told me to purchase a garage.

The fitness center is horrible. Their equipment is always broken, the heat doesn't work in there in the winter and the equipment is outdated.

They also have an insect problem. We had huge spiders that infested our porch and storage area. The began to find their way into our apt through the windows because there are gaps.

Also, I hope you like noise because the constant traffic of ambulances and fire trucks going to the retirement home will keep you awake all the time!

Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place!!!!
