I have lived here for three years and now am moving. Initially it was a great place with great staff. I have been here for the new staff and the new rules handed down from corporate. You can do a lot better for your dollar. The grounds are nice and the apartments are big, but definatly not...let me repeat that...not worth the price. The walls are very thin. I live upstairs and can hear my neighbours downstairs, and their dog. Don't mind dogs...but the constant barking gets to you after a while. As well, not very well insulated you will find a lot of drafts come winter time and parking is also difficult.

Have you ever address your concerns? I think if people would just give the ladies in the office a chance and stop to think if there is a problem it is not fair to them if you don't make them aware of it. All the rules that they are forcing are not just something that they have made up, they are just folowing what they are told to do. Please take the time out go to the main office and address your concerns.
