I have read all the negative comments from different residents and I think that it is unfair to the office ladies to be bashed the way they have. They are there to service us (residents) but one thing that we all may be missing they will not know your concerns if you do not address them I have lived here for 1.5 years and I have great exprience with the office staff and maintenance. If you disobeyed what your boss said would you be fired' so you have to look at this the same way the office staff are doing what they have been told. Willow Lake is a very nice place to live and like anywhere it is not going to be perfect but I can assure you they are here for us.(resident)

I have found that the front desk staff are mostly fine, however, your review is also spot on in that the front line staff are doing as they're told. The management company seems content to ignore, mislead, and and outright lie to residents. Is it the fault of the "office ladies" that they're given false information to pass along to residents? No, but it is an overall management company problem.
