Not that gr8 as it used to be...

I have been a long time resident here and seen lot of staff coming in and goingout. But so far I haven't seen this worst staff. The ladies in the office are unaccommodative ,disrespectful and uncourteous.They behave as if they are letting us stay for free in the apartment. Compared to them maintenance staff is lots better. They are more helpful and pleasant. I am writing this after multiple experiences with them.
