I moved in about five years ago and I plan on living at Willow Lake until my son graduates. We own a home in Ft. Wayne and moved to Indy for the location and convenience for my son school. The staff has changed several times and you always see new maitenance workers in your apartment but we have't had a lot of the problems other reviewer seem to have all the guys who have been in my home seem to be respectful. The office staff is always friendly and professional. I recently spoke with the office about some of my neighbors loud music and the music stopped the next day!My only complaint is that my rent just went up but that was bound to happen. I read some issues about pest control my advise would be to have the office send the pest control men over they do it for free I have ants hit and miss the service seems to help. I think a lot of the issues I read about seem very off from my experience here, they may be confusing this community with some down the street. All in all I enjoy Willow Lake and hope to remain here until my lease expires in June next year.
