I stayed in this apt for about a year. It was a decent community although expensive but while moving out , they gave me a 1200$ bill. They basically charged me with everything. I mean everything. They replaced whatever they like for the next resident and charged me for all their expenses. Now they threaten to send out collection agency against me. I am working with a lawyer to file a complain about them. Don't bother staying.
