well I lived ther about 8 months. i moved because i relocated with work (the same reason i came to indy).

First the good.

the place was descent. Quiet and good location, good parking. it was about the best price per square foot in town and even included a fireplace, sun room and marble. That, I enjoyed.

The OK.

Some of the fixtures, appliances, etc in the apt are pretty old. They could have used some updating to match the type of enviroment the apat was trying to simulate. Bees liked to congregate outside my apartment door, but hey that nature and they were outside.

What could be better'

The complex were removing trees and shrubs, cut my cable line outside. the management did not take responsibilty and call the cable company. we had to fight with the cable company ourselves because of a mistake made by the complex or complex contractors.

Plain and Simple, Office staff and management attitude. Some people were great, others not so much. That was from start to finish. At move in, my agent wasn't so plesant. that carried through the entire time I lived there. At move out is where the problems started.

I ended my lease early because of my relocation. I understood two months notice and lease break fee. because of the timing and i was working 1700 miles away I was looking to pay the break fee and two months rent all at once ( i needed a receipt for my expenses). They told me i couldnt pay rent early. They could not site where in the lease it was stated , but was telling me they would put the money at my door (which i wasnt living there) and charge late fees if the next month wasnt on time. they told me it was stated in my lease i couldnt pay early (it wasn't), yet couldnt site a paragraph that it was even implied. They did not allow me to speak to the manager. A call to NTS in louisville (corporate office) yeilded a return call from the complex manager and the acceptance of my early rent.

It took weeks and lots of frustration to pay them early. Good thing I read and understand all of my leases.

would have rated higher, but part of good living there is moving out without hassle and willingness to go back.
