I wouldn't wish this place on anyone. The staff acted like there was no way I would pass a credit check - very nice. Then, I asked for a maintenance visit to replace a light in my bathroom that wouldn't work three times. Seriously took three months to get it fixed. Then....when they finally admitted that it needed new wiring and not just a new light bulb, they decided to leave the key in my lock after they left. I got home late and tada! there is my unlocked apartment standing wide open. Nice.
I complained and they told me that their magic box for telling them keys were still out must have been broken. Well, obviously, that is ridiculous and the guy didn't get fired. Then they started assessing me fees to make up for the fact that I caused them a problem.
Really - don't live here unless you're okay with getting a nice insurance check when all your belongings are gone.
