My family has resided here over the past year, and recently renewed our lease without hesitation. Maintenance issues are responded to and professionally repaired quickly. We have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS. Maintenance and office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, taking great strides to insure our comfort and resident satisfaction. The property is very well maintained, with beautiful, mature landscaping. Due to this, we do occasionally get a spider or some ants; however, Willow Lakes provides extermination FREE OF CHARGE. We are in the city; however, when we are home it is very relaxing and QUIET. The ameneties are awesome, and very well maintained. The fitness center has recently been updated, and we enjoy the pool and deck area...which is a great place to host a party. It is a plus to have the furnished gas grills on site. We are outside at all times of day and night, and have never had any safety concerns or issues. The location in the city is fantastic...we are close to shopping, movies, restaurants, and downtown is only a 15 minute drive. It is great to be within walking distance of a grocery store, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, and a Starbucks! We plan on living here many years, we really enjoy it.

I've had lots of spiders and ants issues. Also silver bugs or I think they are called silverfish.
