My boyfriend and I just moved out of these apartments after living there for two years. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone looking for quality, affordable apartments. We hunted for the best apartments in Indy and settled on these after falling in love with the huge bathtub in the master bedroom!

Sure, we had the occasional maintenance issue, but what apartment doesn't' What makes these apartments different is that once we put in a request for a maintenance issue, they were quick to respond. The staff was always really nice and cordial.

We lived on the bottom floor and never had any issues as far as plumbing. The only thing that ever happened was shower backup because of hair which they came and fixed for us. We also had the enclosed patio since we were on the bottom floor and loved having this area to entertain guests.

Yes, there are spiders and bugs but I wouldn't say it was ever a problem. They're a fact of life just like the "pollen" on the cars. You can have them spray once a month for bugs if you want.

This is also in a very safe area. I always felt safe taking a walk in and around the Willow Lake area. There aren't a lot of children running around or loud barking dogs. Starbucks, Trader Joes and Kroger are within walking distance!

We cleaned like crazy for move-out and received our full security deposit back. No complaints there!
