I have lived at Willowbrook Lake Apartments for a couple years now and last year Kohner Properties bought it with the promise to do a major renovation. They have kept their word and have done a wonderful job of upgrading the apartments and the community. There use to be a constant flow of traffic through the community and the new owners met with the City and convinced them to allow the closing of the street. Now it is one way in and one way out and it has cut down on the traffic considerable. It is now a pleasure to live at this beautiful community. The people are really nice and you can tell they really care about the property and the residents. Thank you for saving this community.
