I've lived here for 2 years now... The first year was rough but after the owners and management changed, it's finally improving. In fact, it's the only reason I renewed my lease. They keep the property clean, they are getting rid of all the bad tenants, and they are providing more services that we didn't have before. Ironically enough, residents tell me it's the first time they never raised the rent. As long as conditions continue to improve, I intend to stay.
