Though the apartment felt safe during my stay of 4months this year, i have been stopped by homeless people more than once everyweek just outside the building. Add to that a lot of freaking creepy looking people stay in the building. the corridors and elevators always smell of cigarettes. Add to that when i moved out of my apt , i painstakingly cleaned and vacuumed the whole apartment and asked the office keepers to have a look at it while leaving. but they said its fine and its not their job to chk the condition of the apartment. Now one month after i left it - i rcvd a letter stating that i need to pay $150 for cleaning! i went and asked for clarification from the office staff but they hushed me and threatened to call police for no fault of mine!!! pls dont try this one
