I lived in this complex for a year and a half. The maintenance staff was excellent. I knew them all by first name, as the buildings are older, but they always came the day I reported something and fixed it right the first time. The snow was kept shovelled, the grass mowed, and trash picked up. Car maintenance was not allowed on the grounds, which was a plus, and once, they came and jumped my car so I could get to the mechanics.

The only problem I was kind of sad they moved the office staff so often. I'd just get to know one set when they'd be promoted and somebody else would come in. Otherwise, I'd say I loved this complex and would still be living there if not for some unforseen financial difficulties.
