Where to begin. Well not six months after living there the water heater busted & flooded our floor. Maintenance came two days later & wet vaccumed it up & put a box fan in. the smell was terrible. On May 5, 2005 our apartment door was kicked in & basically destroyed. It was split basically down the side in two pieces. They put a brass piece on it & said they'd replace the door. Long story short & several calls later they replaced our door like two weeks before we moved out late August. We also came home on August 1, 2005 to the ceiling leaking because either maintenance left the water running or the water heater busted. The maintenance man was pretty vague. Needless to say that smelled terrible & ruined quite alot of stuff of ours. It leaked in the living room closet & the closet with our water heater. it smelled terrible. It didn't dry for weeks. They must have wet vacuumed it, but they put two industrial sized fans in our apartment & left them running 24/7. Luckily they didn't charge us for the damage to the carpet, but if you like the security of not having a water heater bust or your door kicked in then this isn't the place for you. The staff also gave me the run around because they said I needed to talk to a certain lady who CONVENIENTLY was never around or she was going to call me right back or when she came in. The guy that worked up front there was a sweety though.

I don't quite understand. So the maintenance man was vague? Do you say that because it was important for him to explain the theory of how, why, when and what happened with the water heater and of course you'd understand because of your extensive knowledge in large appliances? And the apartment manager is awesome!! However, that guy that was sooo sweet, he's gone now for many reasons...one for not letting maintenance know about tenant complaints. GO FIGURE!!!

Well, the person that worte this must work in the office since they are acting like they have such indepth knowledge of appliances. If that is the case, I can see why people think that the office staff is rude and unpersonable. Who ever wrote this is not only rude, but obviously does not have the skills that it takes to deal with people.

WOODBRIDGE SUX-The Clubhouse Girls & the fat cellulite ridden lifeguards of 07 are all in a clique. If you are overweight, then you pose no threat, if you thin, lookout, numerous "suggestions" and "complaints." Beware of those so friendly to you at Woodbridge, the info is gathered on you for use later against, but there's no court of law except WOODBRIDGE LAW. Dogs in the WORKOUT ROOM/Tennis Court /PoolAREA-you walk through traces of dog feces and urine -They took down Basketball to add another play area for children! Casual sex on premises between tenants. & if you need your car broken into-here's your chance! Segregation-certain groups are in the, "rear" and some are sectioned off so that NEW tenants won't see them. Workout rooms a joke-EQUIPMENTS outdated-Electrical outlets blow, so they post on the Treadmills-Out of Order-instead of resetting? Brilliant. DOG CRAP IS EVERYWHERE-even on the brown spots- Come early for the pool party-cause your parking spot is taken with the guys with "intentions" for the lifeguard, even the Fishers Police have made Personal visits to the lifeguard-So much for your tax dollars at work. Guess blondes do have more fun, well atleast more visitors
