I've lived here for 2 years and I am getting ready to sign my third lease. I have yet to run into any danger or negative events at this property. The complex is well groom on a daily basis and the site is beautiful. Because it is a woodsy feel they do have to spray your apartment once a year for bugs, but the place is great and the maintence service is exceptional. They are constantly working to improve the property.
