slow maintenance, horrible staff, my car got broken into, driven down the street, and my stereo equipment was stolen, but the thieves left me their other car which was kinda nice i guess, i've made numerous attempts to get my dryer fixed because it takes 2 drying cycles just to dry one load of clothing which made our electricity bill $214 in February, I called to fixed my sink, but ended up fixing it myself, the water is very hard I dont recommend drinking it especially because the cold water turns light brown occasionally, and the air conditioner has a mind of it own, but besides that, it's not too bad. Very well kept grounds. It's quiet. Not too shabby, it's crap compared to the cheaper, bigger apartments I lived in, in indy, but you can't really expect too much here. When you move in take pictures like I did because this place was not cleaned very well and there were holes already in the walls and I refuse to pay for something I didn't do. But overall I don't recommend this place, but if you have no other choice just be very cautious, you never know whats gonna happen.

I have always felt safe at Woodbridge. I have never had a problem with maintenance, in fact, I did not like my tile when I moved in, so they offered to replace it all with brand new tile that I like the very same day. Drenda does a wonderful job as a property manager. If you have a concern or complaint and voice it to her, she will get whatever you need done and fast...at least that has been my experience. As far as your break-in, I am sorry that happened to you. I know I used to warm my car up unlocked until the office let us know with a note that cars were being stolen that way. My neighbors in the community look out for one another...as far as pricing. Woodbridge is the lowest cost in the area...at least it was when I signed my lease. Everything in my apartment is updated. When I moved in, it smelled smokey and the maintenance staff gave me a machine to use for a whole week to make sure the smell was taken out. My townhouse is almost too big, it's spacious and great to have with a roommate. I hope you find what your looking for but while you still have your lease, I recommend voicing your concerns to the property manager, Drenda instead of just complaining on the internet.

We are unhappy to hear that you have not thoroughly enjoyed your experience with Woodbridge. Our number one goal is to provide quality housing and excellent service. Our community is known for its award winning maintenance team, and if at any time someone feels they are receiving less than perfect maintenance, we urge them to contact the rental office. We urge all residents to address any concerns or problems that they may be experiencing so that we can help correct the problem or create a solution to the problem. Unfortunately, when problems are not addressed with the office and are only addressed on the internet no resolution can come about. Our doors are always open. Feel free to come by any time and talk with us.
Sincerely,
Drenda Martin, PM
