Most tenants tend to be bias about rating apartments, I would only tell you about my personal experience and you will have to draw your own conclusion from it. When I visited the complex the leasing agent was quiet generous and helpful getting me signed up to move in within a week. But during my move-in inspection, they were several minor repairs that needed to done in the unit. But being the helpful agent she was, she promised to have them done in a timely fashion. The patio door lock wasnt repaired for the first 8 months I lived there, the dishwasher leak for the first three months and the bath tub took 30-45 minute to drain. I wrote two letters to the office, and finally I received a respond To our record your repair has been completed. When I finally got fed-up and I emailed the corporate headquarter. Believe or not, within one hour. They were in my apartment fixing repairs that I never submitted. That place is a great complex if they keep up with the maintenance. They have been through two property managements and four site managers. Now they have changed the name to Woodridge Apartments to try to attack new tenants. Theyll have now problems attacking new tenant, but keeping them is a problem though.
Thanks,
