Well first of all these apartments are now called Woodbridge Apratements.
I moved in here in March 2003 and I am so very happy my lease is about to expire.

This place is gan infested, drug dealears run amuck and the children tear everything up they can. I have found used condoms in the common hall at the bottom of the stairs, along with drug paraphanalia, blunts and so on.

We are now on manager number 7 in the year I have been here. I have had the pleasure of see the muzzle flash from guns in the parking lots and then the Arrow Wood apartments next door (same company, different name) had murder inthe parking lot.

The grounds here are very dars at night due to no lighting and several light out that I have reported for the past year and still have yet to be repaird.

We just had a 3 alarm fire in our building and the fire alarms DO NOT WORK, the office say they no longer use them and have installed the $4.00 Kidd Smoke Detector in the hall, only one though. It too DID NOT work because there was NO BATTERY in it.

Housing just inspected the palce as sis the Board of Health. Both inspectors agree that the new manager lied her ass off to save face. Manager and staff all state the fire was an accident yet the fire report clearly state intentional.

the apartments are very large and spacious and the grounds could be immaculate. The managing company JVM Properties out of Oakbrook Ill could clean this place up by ridding the community of the "trailer trash" they have allowed to move in.
There are 546 units I believe only 1 laundry facility that has about a dozen washers and dryers. However, after you consider that 2/3 are out of order you may as weel drive the the laundy mat. The laundy, common halls and grounds are filthy and I have yet see anyone try to clean them up.

One maintenance man that lived behind me tossed bag after bag of trash on his balconey, about once every 2 months he's back a pickup tuck in and hall it 50 yards to the dumpster.

If you decide to rent here, ask the residents what they think. Ask a couple of dozen not just one or two.

The neighbors play music so loud that the cops are called at least 3 times a week just by me. The Sheriffs Dept has a patrol on the property during the day, but not at night. You can not get a pizza delivered because the drivers have been robbed so many times that not one company will deliver there any longer. Think about that. people with dogs do not clean up after them and there is dog ---- everywhere you step, watch out.

Good luck
