There is a non existant maintenance staff and cleaning staff. My apartment was missing caulk in all bathrooms and kitchen. 2nd bathroom never worked. Maintenance work orders turned in numerous times and never addressed. Smoke detector and other safety devices not working - batteries never replaced even after 3 verbal and 1 written communication. Lead paint flaking and pealing in food storage areas and on top of the hot water heater and gas pilot light - fire hazords all over the place. Noise levels from neighbors terrible. Neighbor was broken into...so they replaced the broken door and put the broken door on an empty apartment for any person to walk right into and hide out. This door was to my back when I faced my apartment and could have been attacked at any time...reported request to have a fixed door put up and never done...not even secured so that it couldn't be used. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this apartment complex. Management worse I have ever come into contact with. I have lived in 9 other complexes in 3 cities and NEVER had such a terrible experience!

HEY to all reading these reviews YES stephon bouldin is a known fellon and lisa seay knows it and hung with the best of them. Go online anyday, its out there in fine print. It is even on there with the court documents. Cynthia since you lied on all these reviews MRS BOOKEEPER did you tell them stephon had a drug raid with money laundering and alway had possesion of cars that were stolen when he was arrested! Mrs. Bookeeper stay offline and go get professional. Quit teaming up Woodridge office and getting online to try and cover your buts, IT is not working at all. I really feel for you guys at that office , you need to be fired, get counseling and more. JUST A MESS. Individuals reading this site DO NOT MOVE OVER THERE TRUST ME, it will save your life from memories that haunt you! Shame on JVM allowing all this. Time will reveal it all. I commend that lady Brenda who quit and refused to be in the mess. NOW THOSE ARE REAL professional people!
