Within 2 months of moving in here we had 4 sewage backups, one while we were giving baby a bath. At that point I was VERY irate. I went to complain to the manager but she palmed it off on the leasing agent that was on duty. I found out through the maintaince staff that this was a structural problem tha management had known about for YEARS!!!
My wife and I witnessed many drug deals (I'm talking major deals, not kids passing a joint). Twice I witnessed people dealing drugs out of the laundry room, and once my wife was caught in the middle of a drug bust while she was with our 1 yr. old during laundry there.

We are in the year 2009 and they are still HORRIBLE and see that nothing has changed since your post back in 2002! We wish we knew about this site before we moved here!
