I am sweetvixon7210. I am posting this to get participants in the online petition against the Woodridge Apts. I have filed several complaints and I am now taking my efforts to the local news. I would appreciate if all who have complaints-email me so that I can pass them on to Raphel Sanchez, who has done a report on another JVM property. I will do all that is in my power to ensure that our apartments are safe and our money is NOT going to waste. A law suit can be filed,and you may be entitled to your money back!!! In light of the recent events that took place at the Woodridge Apartment office, this is more crucial than ever. I believe that all office personnel is allegedly committing insurance fraud and countless other violations of your tenant rights. I believe that the office fire was purposely set to destroy resident complaints and shotty bookeeping and account records. PLEASE EMAIL ME AT SWEETVIXON7210@YAHOO.COM. Check out the law. Indiana Code 32-31-8-5 Landlord Obligations Section 5. You DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS! Please take lots of pictures and document everything!!!! I did. It will be very useful. Although, with as many people on this website..this is proof enough. It is not just my word against thiers...It is OUR word against thiers. God Bless everyone who is still residing there. If you have already left, thank GOD... You are still entiltled as well to reap the benefits that you should have had in the form of settlement money I beleive. Lets get this done!!

Stephon is NOT gone. He claims to be the Regional Manager, and lists Lisa Seay as the Manager at Woodridge. The problem with that is Lisa was there as manager for a couple of months, and hasn't been there for a long time. They (residents) do not know who the Manager really is, and I was told that Stephon is there all of the time. I was also told that when you call to speak to Stephon, the phone doesn't go to any voicemail. But, if you call and speak to an office person, they will transfer you to a voicemail. He never calls you back. If he is the Regional Manager, he sure spends a lot of time there. Another person posted that the Regional Manager is a Dan Neuhert. Now, this is only second hand information from a current resident that told me this.

Stephon Bouldin is a KNOWN fellon! He's from Cinti, Ohio. Due to his drug bust and incarceration...he left Ohio for a 'fresh" start. JBM CLEARLY hires ANYONE...come one..come all...drug dealers...thiefs are encouraged to apply!

I didn't know about this website until now, and wish that I knew about it before me and my children moved there (Woodridge). We only stayed until our lease expired and must say that our stay at Woodridge was the most HORRIBLE experience that we have ever had! I know that Lisa Seay/ property manager is very unprofessional. They (office staff and maintenance guys) gossip against the residents. The news about Stephon Bouldin came as a big surprise! JVM hires felons?! It's a shame that JVM Realty would hire such a person like Stephon Bouldin who would be over apartment complexes! I wish that I would have know this before signing a lease!

Why do we bring down our own people. Is your backyard perfect? We all make mistakes, and who knows what went on with Stephon, he did more for this property than anyone else, and I actually think he really cared. Hie background is none of my concern when I dont know the facts. People stop bringing our people down. I bet the caucasions, asians, --------, and other nationalities dont do this, thats why they succeed. But we are so busy not sticking together and tearing each other down, we dont have anything. Hats off to you Stephon for moving on with your life even if you had some set backs 10 years ago. I am one who likes to see my people succeed. I glad you are the kind of man that helps and understands people no matter what they say about you. We miss you terribly and keep being the fly, strong person you are. They are just JEALOUS, because they cant rebound and drive MRECEDES....they sound like haters. God bless you and thanks for what you did for me and my children.

LORD YES, it is high time they get dealt with ..sweetvixon call section 8 tell the head inspector about them . Woodridge has section people there. add that to your investigation..and also everyone you can email rafeal sanchez yourself...personally .
