These Apts. are getting worse by the day. For all who are trusting in the corporate of these apts. please know that they are not trustworthy and they all laugh at complaints and concerns as soon as you call them. Stephon Bouldin is the worst that ever managed there, the tenants who are close to him trust me , ARE LIKE HIM! Please move everyone who is there and find a better place these are going downhill daily. It is against the law how they keep your money and lie when you move in . Rhonda, Carrie, Stephon and Lisa tell you that you qualify for the specials then send you late rent notices and lie like the never said it! But get this, the maintence are lazy and pretend to work only when the corporate comes. Stephon Bouldin treats only the people he likes nice and goes around the property acting like a 3 yr. old . Mothers move, your kids deserve more. Not to mention the criminal activity , muggings etc. that the office ignores practiclly with smart remarks at meetings. When you tell them they are getting bad , they get mad instead of trying to understand. Save up your money and move. Tell your neighbors and friends NO if you see them as much as head TOWARDS WOODRIDGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me , this is true! And that is not all of the story! Guys hiding behind bushes and attacking young women coming in, the office promised to move the bush AND DID NOT! Mold all in the units and people sick..they do not care...! They want your money to buy all the lavish cars you see them in!

You are very correct. Corporate doesn't care, I've contacted Dan often and he couldn't be bothered. Stephon is an idiot. Both have stated, "go ahead and call the health department- they'll give us 30 days before they do anything!" Moved out right after the mugging happened outside the unit... Keep warning everyone, this place should surely be condemned.

Thanks for your response yest the Dan and all those at JVM headquarters are all a basket case they lie and talk to you just to get you to shut up a while when their whole mission is to ignore you and let the property get even more super ghetto! Partners in crime I call it. What goes around comes around, it may seem like bad people get away but God will deal with them in his way and EVERYONE will see it...God can expose it! They know how the health dept, but the health dept can get them also after to many complaints..glad you moved.....Yes Stephon is an idiot and sneaky, non professional and acts like a kid. I think he has some inner issues that get worse by the day! I hope that most people who can will move out right away from there and go live in happier places in the city..! Not to mention a lady who was handicapped they would not move the snow for her and lisa got smart with her and said she did not have to do anything..that office is a mess! Please read all the reviews and never move in JVM properties!
