I lived in woodridge for yrs. Before this looney tune staff that has been there the last 5 yrs. I CUT OUT! REASON IS THEY ARE TOTALLY FRADULENT! There is a lot of crooked things going on there. Cynthia the bookkeeper , Rhonda and all of them are sneaky and liers. Carrie is goe but trust me she left her track there! MEAN LIKE THEM all the same. Nothing gets fixed. The people who live there on section 8 get a FEW things done because section 8 has them fix it. Then they go slow even with that. Section 8 does not take mess from them...someone be brave and report them. Rhonda has lied so much, she walks over there trying to dress nice but looks stupid and mean, Cynthia you run your mouth to much..you are the bookkeeper right....! Please people if you want to live in a nice place in Indianapolis WOODRIDGE is NOT THE PLACE. I would bank my cash and move the heck out of there asap. If you only know what all they are doing behind the scene. Stephon , Cynthia, Lisa, Rhonda, its a shame that they do not have a brain. Go look at the carpet in the halls you will puke! My heart goes out to all the children who live there and go to school over there sad to be raised over there. If you go back yrs ago it was better, hell there is nothing to do. Stephon gets mad and closes the pool for the kids. But dig this its when he does not like one of the parents. Usually that parent is a good one. Even his maintence guy told us that he is wrong and the office is wrong. Heck if the maintence cannot do a job because the male boss wants to have an affair with him..how bad does it get. Mold is all in the units. Take photos everyone do it while all is broke down and keep them...this will cover CYNTHIA's lying review she placed on here. I wonder how she sleeps at night,,oh yes she can SHE DOES NOT LIVE IN WOODRIDGE FORGOT she sleeps..lol lol ...PLEASE people do not move there tell the world...heck street lights are out and everything...,,muggers , robbers, drug dealers telling people stephon helps them drug...CRAZY DUDE!

I know Stephon is gone but the new Regional name is Heidi and they say she doesnt return calls and she is scared to come to the property because of the dark residents. They also says she got fired from her last job for stealing.I wish the guy was still there at least he would chase the kids and wasnt scared.

The person who posted 5/19 is right. The word that's out is that Stephon Bouldin suppose to have left for Washington DC. But he is still at the apt here at Woodrige. So Stephon and Lisa must have an agreement or something going on for him to stay here. Who is this Heidi? We haven't heard of her. If we knew all of this was going down I wouldn't have signed another lease.

I will save time and say that everything that has been said or will be said is true and if you dare move into that hell hole you should be committed! Budget, spend a little more money, and be proud to come home. The hallways look like you will get Swine Flu on your feet if you touch them. Parents allow their bad messy children to play in them all evening, bouncing basketballs..etc. Adults should be ashamed to live the way the ones in my building live. My lease is up soon praise God! Those are some evil witches in that office be afraid and carry a cross!

Everyone that has posted a comment is truly accurate! This apartment complex is way too large to have the minimal maintenance staff that they have to maintain the upkeep of the apartments that they have. There are residents that are on Section 8 but there are also those residents that also work hard everyday and pay an astronomical amount of rent and are hardly ever able to access a pool that is closed half the time, a clubhouse that is non existent, a playground that the geese have taken over and is too small for the number of children that the complex has. So the kids just play in the street and in between the cars. And for the amount that they charge in rent a resident should not have to deal with faulty wiring in their appliances, displacement due to their negligence, black mold, health related issues that could possibly cause death, harm to children, lack of saftey, drug trafficking, fraud, inconsideration, favoritism and a host of other issues. If there is a pet policy that is set for residents that excludes a certain breed of dogs then that should apply to all residents and if certain residents are made to not have their family pet due to the breed of their pet while others freely walk ther 125lb rottweiler or pitbull or bullmaster through the entire complex, how fair is that. I am just saying show some fairness and consistency. When I moved in I thought Woodridge was my blessing, but the day they gave me my keys and I walked in to find that they had not even been in my apartment to start preparing it for a move in so NOTHING had been done, I mean ABSOLUTELY nothing! No cleaning, no working appliances (not to mention the appliances were in the middle of the unclean roach infested floors), the drawers were all pulled out, doors were off, blinds were off, floors were stripped and a whole heck of a lot more! So here I am with my U-haul full of furniture to move in and nothing is ready! It wasn't even completely livable for another month! That should have been my sign! But I stuck it out another 2 years in which I suffered several more experiences with Woodridge including getting my front door kicked in, luckily I learned many years ago always to have a security alarm. But now that I am going into my 3rd year, there was a situation that prevented me from not signing a new lease and just as I signed this one a new issue with Woodridge came up and now 60 days later the issue has presented itself again and it just comes a time that you have to sever ties. It's bad when you and your children are just totally miserable in a place where you are to be the happiest, a place you come to call home. We have been so unhappy and feel this has been such a waste of my money for such a long time. I would advise anyone that is considering Woodridge as a place of residency to really reconsider and to find another place to live that will be worth their money.

Every apartment does NOT HAVE THE ISSUES WOODRIDGE HAS..so whomever in woodridge office posted the ANONYMOUS post..lol it aint working...lo...everyone knows not to move in woodridge it is a hot mess , total hot mess...you are lying on the post 9 14 2009 ...any real office staff would leave a name...they need to close woodridge down..do not move in there anyone you will be sorry if you do.
