When good intentions go bad

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001
When we first moved in in 96, life in Waterford was good. It declined year after year, until in 2001, we had to say "Letīs get the hell out". Drugs, gangs, teenage sex, foul language, no security, thefts, poor maintenance, unconcerned management, rude mamagement, EXTREMELY RUDE neighbors, non resident intruders, the list goes on and on and on. I feared for my children even going outside to play. I never knew if they would come home beat up or scared or not come home at all. Drug dealing was a huge problem, all times of the day or night. I stopped using the laundry room after the 1st year I lived there. I had to get my own rented apartment size washer and dryer. I had to move into a hotel for a period because of a gas leak that the management put off on Citezens gas, then Citizens gas put it off on management. I constantly was plagued with bugs, spiders, earwhigs, creepy crawlies. My children were intimidated by neighbors and non residents. It was a real nightmare towards the end. I would not want to live there again, and we lived close to the office. Still offered no protection from the environment. Donīt move there unless you have no other options. Get your own personal security, cause it isnīt provided. Even onsite law enforcement is no help.
Chose your home wisely.
