This place used to be nice but now has serious problems. The apartments have great floor plans, with huge windows on both sides of the building, mine was clean and in good repair, and you get a HUGE amount of space for the money. The grounds have a lot of beautiful trees. However, the class of people who live here has deteriorated to the point that I feel it is no longer safe. There have been several violent incidents which appear to have happened because someone living here got on the bad side of (i.e.: bad drug deal/ lover's quarrel/ ripped someone off) someone living elsewhere and that person/s came here and robbed, attacked or in at least one case killed the victim in reprisal. One can keep a low profile but in general this is not the type of people or activity you want to be living around.

It is difficult to evaluate the management because the staff has changed so often. The maintenance thus has varied from "very very good" to "unbelievably incompetent" from one year to the next. The best description would be "erratic".
